Commit to make just 2 calls a week to existing clients.

  1. Ask them how they feel about their experience working with your company. If there is a problem, fix it. If not, #2.
  2. Ask them for the name of TWO people or businesses that could benefit from working with you or your firm.
  3. Follow up on those referrals within 24 hours.

It can be that simple. Just 2 calls a week will lead to happier clients and more sales!
